General Policy
Terms and conditions
As part of our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our guests, and in keeping with UK law, we have a strict no-smoking policy indoors.
Smoking is only permitted outside.
Your room will be available from 3:30 pm on the day of arrival and we request that you vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. We can often accommodate an early check-in, please don't hesitate to ask.
Payment will be deducted from your registered card two weeks before arrival for caravan stays and one week before arrival for apartment stays.
A maximum of two medium-sized pets are welcome. Please ensure they stay off the furniture. If there is evidence that they have slept on the bed and the duvet requires cleaning, we will charge your card £35 for professional duvet cleaning costs, as well as our petrol and driving time to Tain.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival for the caravan and 7 days for the apartment; after this, you will be liable for 100% of the total tariff unless we can re-let for the same rate. Booking conditions may vary for reservations made on other platforms.
It is always recommended that Travel Insurance is taken out to cover all eventualities.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Caravan Policy:
Changes and cancellations to bookings made in the caravan up to 14 days before arrival are without charge. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the booking, unless we can re-let the caravan for the same rate. If we can re-let the caravan, a £25 charge will be applied to cover card fees and administrative costs.
Apartment policy:
Changes and cancellations to bookings made in the apartment up to 7 days before arrival are without charge. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the booking, unless we can re-let the apartment for the same rate. If we can re-let the apartment, a £25 charge will be applied to cover card fees and administrative costs.
